LEARN 101 SPANISH VERBS IN 1 DAY
I am really impressed with the idea that promotes accelerated learning through association and images. My pupils who favour a visual approach to their learning were particularly impressed with the pictures.
I explored the web site and found it a mine of information, offering fantastic ideas in the games and activities section. Suggested games are suited to individual or classroom use and range from simple games that focus on pupil perception and the presentation of the book to more advanced games with a specific language focus.
The making it section includes lots of activities that will appeal to kinaesthetic learners and my pupils enjoyed learning ir by writing the conjugated forms on paper planes that we flew across the room and then suspended form the ceiling.
The website also gave clear instructions on how to use the book and was easy to navigate. I have used the colour coded tenses idea and have made similarly coloured verb explanation posters for use in my classroom. I have stuck the future tense information at the front of the class while the past tenses are displayed at the back of the class and the present tense is at the side of the room.
I found the pronunciation guide on the website clear and at a pace that was easy for students to mimic. I found the calming voice conjugating soņar a particularly relaxing form of meditation at the end of a hectic school day!!
